Taken on the island of Hvar, Croatia.
By the sea there was a lonely rock house. All that was left were the four walls, a window opening and this arch doorway. It made me wonder - what kind of people used to live here? Why was it built? How long ago was it abandoned? I guess I'll never know, but it's fun imagining stepping through the doorway and entering the house as it was long ago. |
